Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

1.1 Advance Cancellation

1.2 Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show
If you fail to notify the clinic in advance and do not show up for your appointment, it will be considered a “no-show.” The clinic reserves the right to charge a full fee.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, transportation disruptions, etc.), please contact the clinic as soon as possible to explain the situation. The clinic will handle such cases on a discretionary basis.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Prepaid Appointments
If you have paid for an appointment and cancel in advance, the clinic will issue a full refund. The refund will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.

2.2 Interruption of Treatment Course
If you request to discontinue a treatment course for personal reasons, the clinic will deduct fees for services already rendered and refund the remaining balance.

2.3 Clinic-Initiated Cancellation
If the clinic cancels an appointment or treatment course due to internal reasons (e.g., practitioner unavailability, equipment malfunction, etc.), a full refund will be issued, or an alternative appointment will be arranged.

2.4 Non-Refundable Situations

No-show or failure to cancel in advance.

Partial or full treatment services have already been provided.

Refund requests due to personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction with treatment results, change of mind, etc.).

3. Refund Application Process

3.1 Patients must complete a refund application form and provide relevant documentation (e.g., receipt, appointment record, etc.).
3.2 The clinic will review the application and notify the patient of the result within 7 business days.
3.3 Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or returned as clinic credit, as agreed upon by both parties.

4. Additional Notes

4.1 This policy applies to all consultation and treatment services. Refunds for special items (e.g., self-paid herbal medicines, external products, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
